Commercial Construction Estimator: Review project plans & specifications to determine scope of work & required materials for resilient, carpet, & hard surface flooring projects. Compile historical cost data to estimate costs for current/future products using VBA programming in Excel & set up cost monitoring & reporting systems & procedures. Prepare & provide detailed & accurate shop drawings by utilizing Measure Square & AutoCAD, Computer Aided Design software for providing directions to field installers. Require: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or its equivalent, 3 yrs. of work exp. in resilient, carpet, & hard surface flooring including installation techniques, preparing estimates, & industry standards. Work exp. should incl. 2 yrs. of work using computer-aided design AutoCAD software, VBA programming in Excel, & Measure Square.
